Michael Franken begeleidt veel bedrijven door middel van presentaties, workshops en coaching. De vorm hangt af van uw behoefte en wordt op maat aangeboden. Zilverline wordt ook regelmatig ingehuurd om op strategie- of heide-sessies op een inspirerende manier organisaties kennis te laten maken met Agile, en om draagvlak te creeeren voor het invoeren ervan.

Michael Franken is Certified Scrum Trainer and experienced Software Engineer. He coaches management and development teams on Agile practices and principles.

Michael has successfully introduced SCRUM in many places in the Netherlands and has worked with Jeff Sutherland, Gabrielle Benefield, Henrik Kniberg and Tobias Mayer, and continues to do so.
