You have at least 2+ years of experience
You are an EU resident
On a day-to-day basis you work in a team with your colleagues and deliver end-to-end features. Less experienced developers are guided by more senior developers.
Together with your team and customer you translate the backlog into working software.
You actively participate coming up with different solutions for achieving the customer's goals.
You value high quality and know what it takes to maintain high quality over the lifetime of a product, or are eager to learn this.

You are open to learn and use new languages other than your favorite programming language.

As a senior developer how are able to develop applications from scratch.
You have experience with setting up cloudplatforms like AWS, preferably with tools like Ansible and Terraform.
You can setup CI/CD pipelines.
You are able to coach customer in launching a minimal viable product and grow them to stable and reliable applications.
You do not necessarily build what the customer is asking for, but what they need.
You help and guide lesser experienced colleagues and give them space to develop themselves/
