What do we expect from a developer at Zilverline?

• You have at least 2+ years of experience
• You are an EU resident
• On a day-to-day basis you work in a team with your colleagues and deliver end-to-end features. Less experienced developers are guided by more senior developers.
• Together with your team and customer you translate the backlog into working software.
• You actively participate coming up with different solutions for achieving the customer's goals.
• You value high quality and know what it takes to maintain high quality over the lifetime of a product, or are eager to learn this.
• Within Zilverline you get time to develop yourself.
• You actively participate in our knowledge days.
• You are open to learn and use new languages other than your favorite programming language.

Are you more senior?

• As a senior developer how are able to develop applications from scratch.
• You have experience with setting up cloudplatforms like AWS, preferably with tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• You can setup CI/CD pipelines.
• You are able to coach customer in launching a minimal viable product and grow them to stable and reliable applications.
• You do not necessarily build what the customer is asking for, but what they need.
• You help and guide lesser experienced colleagues and give them space to develop themselves/
